A/C Silver Plan

This plan includes one annual check up to increase your systems longevity and performance. You will also receive priority service and a 25% repair discount for the year.

Cost: $162.00
  • Lubricate all moving parts, such as blower motor and condenser fan (If applicable)
  • Check refrigerant levels and pressures
  • Check temperature drop between return and supply air
  • Flush condensate drain line and make sure pan is clear of debris
  • Change customer supplied air filters
  • Check blower motor (and belt if applicable)
  • Check blower speed
  • Inspect all controls for proper operation
  • Check voltage and amperage of all motors
  • Check for worn bearings in all motors
  • Inspect contacts on compressor contactors
  • Inspect start and run capacitors and check MFD ratings
  • Tighten and inspect all wires and connections
  • Inspect and calibrate thermostat
  • Inform customer of equipment condition, and recommend repairs.

Gas Furnace Silver Plan

This plan includes one annual check up to increase your systems longevity and performance. You will also receive priority service and a 25% repair discount.

Cost: $152.00
  • Inspect and adjust burner
  • Check Thermostat calibration and operation
  • Lubricate all motors and bearings (If necessary)
  • Clean and inspect pilot assembly and thermocouple or flame sensing rod
  • Inspect and adjust controls necessary for safety and operation
  • Inspect flue pipe integrity
  • Inspect gas piping and valve operation
  • Check blower and draft motor and current draws/inspect belts
  • Inspect and tighten all wiring and connections
  • Check MFD rating on capacitors
  • Inspect duct connections
  • Test for Carbon Monoxide
  • Inform customer of equipment condition, and recommend repairs


Gas Boiler Silver Plan

This plan includes one annual check up to increase your systems longevity and performance. You will also receive priority service and a 25% repair discount for the year.

Cost: $182.00
  • Inspect and adjust burner
  • Check Thermostat calibration and operation
  • Lubricate all motors and bearings (If necessary)
  • Clean and inspect pilot assembly and thermocouple or flame sensing rod
  • Inspect and adjust controls necessary for safety and operation
  • Inspect flue pipe integrity
  • Inspect gas piping and valve operation
  • Check circulator and verify water piping is not air bound
  • Inspect and tighten all wiring and connections
  • Bleed all high vents if customer makes accessible
  • Clean chimney base and heat exchanger
  • Skim boiler
  • Test for Carbon Monoxide

Heat Pump Silver Plan

This plan includes one annual check up to increase your systems longevity and performance. You will also receive priority service and a 25% repair discount for the year.

Cost: $172.00
  • Lubricate all moving parts, such as blower motor and condenser fan (if necessary)
  • Check refrigerant levels and pressures
  • Check temperature drop between return and supply air
  • Flush condensate drain line and make sure pan is clear of debris
  • Clean condenser coil (if necessary)
  • Check Blower motor (and belt if necessary)
  • Check Blower speed
  • Inspect all controls for proper operation
  • Check voltage and amperage of all motors
  • Check for worn bearings in all motors
  • Inspect contacts on compressor contactors
  • Inspect start and run capacitors and check MFD ratings
  • Tighten and inspect all wires and connections
  • Inspect and calibrate thermostat
